Chef Doug shops local markets to bring you the freshest vegetables, salads, and fruits in the valley while he spends a lot of the time hand-trimming all of the meat products so that you get a flavor like no other.

We LOVE the Bourbon Cellar! The food is outstanding and the atmosphere is great. We frequently visit and like the fact that we can get fresh Halibut (or whatever it is that day) flown in that morning or a just go with a burger, which is also unbelievably delicious. Chef Doug takes his food seriously and only uses the best ingredients and it shows!

Amazing drink selection! Just had appetizers at the bar and they were fantastic. Staff and owner are super friendly and take the time to know your name and use it like you've been in 100 times. You just don't see that kind treatment anywhere in your normal restaurants. Parents are looking at property nearby and having this play nearby is a BONUS.
